I was under debt review and I was removed towards the end of November 2024. My clearance certificate as well as the paid-up letters were sent to The NCR. Other credit bureau updated their data accordingly, VCCB hasn't done that and they still reflect the negative data under my name. I have tried to reach out to them and no luck. I need VCCB to contact me and direct me to the right department so that I can send them my docs and they can update their records accordingly. This is affecting my credit score and I am not happy. The NCR has confirmed that they have updated their records and VCCB hasn't done that.
