RCS Jet account and Norman bisset associate Account to be removed from my profile

I had RSC JET ACCOUNT & Norman bisset associate account on my profile for over +- 10 years I've been trying to get hold of creditors to remove this account on my profile no luck. I don't have statement or anything pertaining this account i have checked with all other credit bureau this account are closed with zero balance but with VCCB opening balance, equal to instalment and still Open.

Kindly advise on how long this account will be on my profile on your records if the creditors are not responding to me? What must I do as I am struggling Even to get employment with this am being rated as overcommitted since I have incorrectly high instalment on profile,does it even make sense opening balances equal to monthly instalment R11,000 what exactly I was paying for.

can you please assist me with removing old account on my profile all along I thought this account are closed as I usually used TransUnion,& experien only last year I found out Abt VCCB as was rejected a position in financial advising due to this accounts with high instalment I was last in contact with the creditors morethan 8 yrs ago,I have done so much to get hold of creditors RCS ever since took over edcon service is terrible bad I am tired you're are being send From Pilar to post.

I am not even sure Why Only VCCB was left behind when account were updated & closed with other credit bureaus.please help
