puting incorrect information on my credit report

Good day my name is ally monareng, i have a complain and i need help ,i was owing a tfg account, i was unable to pay , they handed me over to vericred where i paid up my account, my last payment was on the 29 march 2022, however after i paid up my account instead of updating my credit report to "paid" they changed it to 'closed account' i have enough proof, the dates of my last payment on my clearance letter and the day vericred updated my report to 'closed account' , i want very cred to delete that account or update it to paid up because the information they entered is wrong.
