Poor service -VCCB(Agnes)

<div>Very dissatisfied with the service provided here. I logged a dispute for them to remove a listing made by MTN for a one month payment I missed. After sending all the documents the VCCB agent requested , she told me my account was updated only to find that the listing is still not removed. The name of the agent who was assisting me is +++++ and she doesn’t seem to know what she is doing. I had to follow up with her after every time I’ve provided the information she needed and she is constantly not clear on what she needs. This is frustrating and I’ve never been a bad payer and this needs to be resolved ASAP.</div>
