Poor service and keeps outdated information

This Credit Bureau is terrible when it comes to updating information, even with documents attached. i have logged another dispute since no one responded to the first one, i have attached all the information, they have my paid up loan as unpaid and insurance that was cancelled 2020 they refused to remove it. Another thing is if you don't follow up you never get any feedback.
