Pathetic

I have never experienced such pathetically poor service in my life! Imagine calling them 6 times a day and each time the line rings for 15+ minutes, just for someone to manually pick up the phone and hung up without a word! 😂

I’ve tried multiple numbers and only one went though… Just for them to tell me they can’t assist and I must continue calling the other lines!!! Does anybody work there or are they just being paid in cents, that’s why they don’t want to work? 😂😂

Best part is I just want to change my cellphone number and receive an OTP to finish my registration. How are you guys even a registered Credit Bureau in SA?!?! 😂😂😂
