Pathetic

Such horrible service. There's an account which is still reflecting on vericred which has been paid up 3 years ago. It says I'm in arrears yet I have a paid up letter. Please get people who actually know what the heck they are doing, instead of people just sitting behind the computer not knowing jack. I have tried calling numerous times and the customer service is **********. Please, these are people you guys are dealing with. I have attached my paid up letter and yet I'm basically flagged and cannot get any credit due to the *********** people working there. I impatiently await a response.
