Outdated Information!!!!

After trying to reach out for several months my credit profile still has not been updated with the correct and recent information. Accounts that were paid up and closed in 2023 still showing as open and with outstanding balances. What is the point of still being in operation if you are sharing incorrect information and blocking people from attaining needed credit lines????
