not updated credit profile
I have been going through some rough time with this bureaux as my records are not updated around the account that i have already paid and have lodge dispute more than once even submitting a proof of paid up letter but still records reflecting unpaid

I had a look at your disputes now.
The account that you have provided a paid up letter for in your last 2 disputes is already reflected as paid up and one of our consultants provided feedback to yourself on 2024/05/20.
The account number reflected on the paid up letter does not match the account number on our system for the account that you want to dispute
You can contact the data supplier in question and ask them to provide you with a letter or paid up letter stating that the account number in question needs to be closed.
