Listed Under Debt Review after two (2) years of being cleared
I have recently discovered that VCCB has listed me under debt Review, the unfortunate part is that I found out about this red flag after being declined for A Study Loan by a company which helped me obtain my 1st ever degree. All of a sudden when I app**** for re registration for the 2nd semester post graduate, I'm told I don't qualify due to being recently listed Under Debt Review. on investigating the matter, I got to know about VCCB, and requested my free credit report, walaaa it's them who are behind my misery since December 2023.
I have logged a dispute, however I have not received any automated reply whatsoever. I have today emailed, and a reply is redirected me to the dispute portal. The dead line for reregistration is fast approaching and I'm losing my mind. I need this resolved the soonest possible

Please note that I have justed checked our system and we have not received an update from the NCR that removed the debt review flag from your profile.
We unfortunately are not able to remove debt review data ourselves, this needs to come from the NCR.
Please note that a request for supporting documents were sent to you by one of our consultants on 2024/02/14. Please check your spam and junk folders as well.
You will have to supply the consultant with proof from the debt counsellor that they have updated the DHS system at the NCR.
Upon receipt of that evidence we can make contact with the NCR to obtain permission to remove the flag.
