Incorrect re-application of debt review flag and now wants to make it my problem!
They removed my debt review as instructed by my debt counsellors. Then they just put it back onto my report after 6 months. They refuse to now remove it and want to get another removal certificate from my debt counsillors... I dont know how you can remove it, i take on new debt and then, just put it back on incorrectly and then refuse to remove debt review from 2016!!!!!!! I will escalate this matter as this is ******** and prejudicing me!

17 Mar 2026, 15:30I also tried to tell Jacob Julius who keeps resonding to me with the same line, that this is not a NEW debt removal. It is an OLD debt review flag, that VCCB put BACK ON INCORRECTLY, but he does not respond with anything else than his one-liners about a debt cousellor should send my clearance certificate.
