Inaccurate and outdated records of almost 2 years old!!!!!!! They are horrible and their customer service is shut!!!

I wish I can give them a negative zero, I see that they are giving out inaccurate and outdated information on my credit profile, there are 2 accounts that have been paid up and closed over a year ago but are still active and apparently in arrears, this is extremely shocking and ********* of them to have such incorrect records for so long and not be updated.

I mean my credit profile on their system is so wrong and shocking me.

I have attempted to contact them and have the issue sorted but no one cares shame and I don't understand why they are even allowed to exist.

I am even thinking of reporting them to the relevant forums and certain media. I would like to see them exposed for the ***** they are and ruining our credit profiles.

Disgusting indeed. Hello Peter is my only hope to have this fixed.

Good day. Please take note that the information that is held on a credit bureau is supp**** by your credit providers/registered data suppliers where you have opened accounts. They are by law responsible to supply correct data to the credit bureaus, and you are therefore able to request them to correct outdated information. You also have a right to dispute incorrect information on your credit report with the credit bureau. There are clear instructions on the credit report for the steps that you need to follow to do so. For clarity, you can also refer to our website www.vccb.co.za and click on Dispute Credit Information to log a dispute. We have verified our records and we are unable to find any indication that you logged a dispute previously. We will be unable to assist you until your you follow this easy procedure. We also confirm that we have a dedicated and professional team who handles disputes and they will be able to assist you with any queries that you might have in this regards and to correct outdated information on your credit report, once it is investigated.
