I am happy with the service. From the time I lodged the dispute I received an email saying that my email was noted and I would receive feedback within 5 days with a reference number and I did receive the feedback. And again I received the feedback on a way forward. Today I received an email confirming that my dispute has been solved.. Thank you very much
