FALSE IFNORMATION ON MY CREDIT REPORT AND NO ONE TO ASSIST
My report gets changed every month, then stuff is added the next month its removed. They also keep changing my place of emplyment after numerous calls, emails and disputes logged that I have been working for the same place for almost 10 years. Then to top it off today i revceive an alert that I owe a company who is not even registered on CIPC South Africa a R10218. To top it off this R10 218 is listed as the balance outstanding and the installment and I apparently opened this account in 2021, but I has a low credit score and debt on my name in 2021. I logg a call and all I am told is you opened this account in 2021 after stating my case that i could not have entered into any debt due to my credit report.
No one asks or checks with you before something is added to your report and your name or cares how it affects your score but when you want it removed then you have to jump through hoops and still no one helps you
Please note that this is how a credit report works.
A credit provider submits information to a credit bureau which will in turn create changes on your credit report.
The information that is reflected on our system is what is being received directly from your credit providers, if you have disputed personal information with us, we have changed it and it again appears you need to correct the information with your credit providers as they will submit the information that is reflected on their system to the bureau which will update your credit report.
The account that you are referring to was added on our system by the credit provider on 2022/11/30 on your profile. You have logged a dispute claiming that the account has prescribed but now you are claiming that the company is not registered with CIPC, this is something that you will have to take up with the NCR. You have stated in your dispute that the account has prescribed but the account was only opened in 2021 so prescription would not apply. Having a poor credit score does not mean that you are not able to obtain credit and trying to dispute an account and claiming you had a poor credit score is not a valid dispute.
If you have signed a contract with the company then you have agreed that they may load the account on your credit profile with a bureau so you have autorised them to submit the account.

Firstly the tone of your email is utterly unprofessonal but that is what I have become accustomed to with Vericred in the last few months as I have been figthing with you since July 2022 for corrections on my credit report.
Do you not have the responsiblity to check if what you are putting on my name is legit, how do you load a company that does not exsist on CIPC and hwo do you know what the service provider is giving you is correct and as you state in your email my credit provider how do you know it is my credit provider.
Again, I have been living cash and paying my debt and I have entered into no debt with anyone for more than 3 years as I was struggling to get debt free. So did I select te incirrect reason I wanted this removed from my account was prescribed the wrong selection to make?
If it was then advise me on it instead of writting a snotty response with no indication that you trying to help.
Secondly employment history, noted on my credit report I worked for Olean Fisheries from 31.07.2022 did this also come from a service provider informaton you did not double check. May I mention this is one of the disputes I lodged with you in July-Sept 2022. I have been working for the same company for almost 10 years so what is your excuse for listing me as working for Olean Fisheries from 31.07.2022. A place I have NEVER WORKED FOR in my career.
Is there someone that can actually help me?

I most sincerely apologise that my response was not up to the standard you required.
If the company if registered with SACRRA they can submit credit information to a credit bureau, as I have said you are more than welcome to take the CIPC issue up with the NCR.
Another credit provider will not be submitting information on you so it must be your credit provider as the information on our system is received via monthly files along with credit accounts linked to your ID number.
If you want an account removed then you should choose the option on the drop down list which says "account not belong to the consumer"
The Olean fisheries was submitted to us by Bayport on 2017/08/29, I will email you a screenshot thereof as well and you are more than welcome to contact them and ask where they have gotten that information from.
We unfortunately do not have their contact number but you are more than welcome to google them. We get the files via an automated process and it is automatically loaded onto our database.
The company's registered name is Bridge Debt and they are registered with the NCR
