DISGUISED ************** BY ROGUE VCCB
Just pulled my VCCB credit report, i am listed as high risk despite the fact that, all the active accounts are up to date for the past 24 months, except one which is under investigation by the NCR, there's no negative listings on the report, then why would VCCB score consumers on information not on the report? Which section of the NCA allows them to use whatever information not visible to the consumer, to "assess" the consumer's ability to fulfill credit agreements? Is this consistent with consumers rights, POPIA and the constitution? is this not a ulterio motive to disenfranchise a large section of the country's population? The NCR and DTI should revist the laws pertaining to credit bureaus like VCCB, and law clinics take on this matter for the consumers, especially considering the fact that they are the only bureau doing this, i do not know of any credit bureau scoring consumers, using information they can not see. VCCB is a rogue credit bureau.
