Delay in removing debt review flag on my profile
I was on debt review for five years, received my clearance certificate last month and sent it to credit bureaus, others are sorted but with Vericred still waiting for the "debt review flag" to be removed from my profile since last month. Please assist Hello peter. *** Aubrey Monedi

17 May 2021, 11:47Good day. We have verified our records, however it seems that you did not log a dispute with us for removal of the debt review flag. Please proceed to log a dispute on our website www.vccb.co.za with the correct supporting documents, to enable us to update the debt review status.
