Bad service
I am trying hard to improve my credit rating. VCCB rates me as poor. I have been trying to get an answer from one of your consultants as to what the reason is. I received two copy-and-paste type answers with a total flat ignore there-after. How are you able to rate people, but not willing to assist when we require answers?

Please note that a bureau takes the history of your accounts into considiration for a period of 5 years even after the account has been closed as per the NCA.
Any negative history on a closed account that falls within the 5 year retention period will have an impact on your credit score.
Settling an account does not automatically increase your credit score as the negative history is still being taken into considiration.
Your score will improve slowly over time
