Complaint: Refusal to Refund and Accommodate

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with The Verander House regarding the refusal to refund me and the decision not to accommodate my booking based on past ratings.

I believe this action is unfair and unprofessional, as I was not given a fair opportunity or clear explanation before the decision was made. Denying service and withholding a refund on the basis of previous ratings is discriminatory and does not reflect good customer service practice.

I kindly request that this matter be reviewed urgently, with consideration given to processing my refund and handling the situation in a fair and transparent manner.
