Waiting for a statement for a year!!!!!

Good day<br> <br> After endless phone calls trying to get a statement of my account, i decided this route would be best, how can i pay my account and i dont know if my payments are being received and i don't know what my balances are, this is ridiculous. can somebody pls contact me urgently so that i can have a statement of account sent to me
