WAIT 2 - 3 WEEKS FOR A LETTER??? WHAT???

Well, after my complaint about Debt Rescue, they came back to me quickly sorting out all the issues, but they cannot move on before they get my paid up letter from Vertex for my capitec account, an account i've settled about 10 months ago!!!!! I contacted them yesterday requesting the paid up letter or at least a R0 balanced statement so that i could send it to debt review in order for them to send me my clearance certificate..... When i requested my paid up letters from @home, Edgars & JD Group they sent it within 1 hour to me. But VER-TEX wants to be different!!!!! I contacted the customer care this morning to which the lady (FAITH) responded: Oh sorry, you will wait 2 - 3 weeks for the letter. I asked her if i can have the number for the department that deals with the letters then at least i will cut out the middle man.. \No i cannot give you the number you will have to wait 2 - 3 weeks"THAT IS SO PATHETIC!!! WHY MUST I WAIT 2 - 3 WEEKS FOR A LETTER????? IF YOU OWE THEM MONEY YOU CANNOT TELL THEM TO WAIT 3 WEEKS OTHER WISE THEY HAND YOU OVER!!! I PAID MY ACCOUNT OFF MONTHS AGO!!!! WHY MUST I WAIT 3WEEKS MORE??? SURELY THEY HAVE THE INFORMATION ALREADY!?!?!?!?!?!"""
