Recently vertex did send a unprofessional arrogant low life to come knock on my door for my outstanding debt with capitec!!! Being so embarrassed as I signed and agreed to pay! I was so frustrated and angry with this I seeked legal advice!!AND DO I REGRET SIGNING THOSE FORMS!!! what you guys are doing is not allowed a debt collecter cannot physically approach you!! I'm reporting this company with its unprofessional people!!!
