Violation of my rights
Good Day<br> <br> I would like to report one of the call centre agent. She called my number and I didn't able to answer the phone she called my sister who stayed in KwaZulu Natal. I stay in Johannesburg. She told my sister that I am owing Capitec and I am going to be arrested as I am not paying my account.<br> <br> I want to complain about privacy violation and want to sue the whole company Vertex Debts Collectors

Please take note that we investigated this matter extensively and listened to all the recordings. We were unable to find any recording where any threats were made to you or your sister. We do however take allegations like this seriously and will not allow any agent to threaten any debtor in any way. If you felt threatened, we apologise. I hope that you accept our apology.
