Vertex solutions sucks

I asked for a settlement letter from Vertex for my Capfin account and i paid the settlement amount on the 25 November 2020, when i called to ask for a paid up letter i was told the account has a balance which is the discount that they gave me and they 1st have to write it off then i would get a paid up letter. I was told this process would take 5 to 7 days, and those days have gone past and im still waiting. The amount is still showing. I am applying for a place to stay and they need the paid up letter from vertex to see that i dd pay it off but they are being ****** about it. If i dnt get that letter i have no place to stay. Your service sucks. I paid up my account, and if u cant bring my account to zero then give me back my money i will go and pay Capfin myself. You really can frustrate a person.

What you are doing is not ok at all. If i do not get my paid up letter today, i am going to sue you. That is my hard earned money that i paid. If u wont be able to bring my account to zero then bring it back. Your 5-7days is up and im fed up.
