vertex solutions Debt collector

Hello Peter I am very much disturbed by Capitec, I had take a personal loan and went under debt review . Paid of one loans and a credit card now left with Capitec R61284.88 at the moment on the statement that is the information vertex solution gave me Capitec Bank bluntly refused to give me any statements on my account insisted that I am still under debt review which wasn't the case. The debt review status was removed from my name in 2019.i have been paying with intentions of working on my credit status. My loan was in arrears yes I do admit but managed to pay off from R108868.23 to R61284.88. I was handed over to Vertex Solutions now I'm owing Again R89317.83 there interest is R27365.36 My finances are good now and I want to make arrangements to pay more to finish this debt but they have handed me over. I was handed over in August 2020 last year I have without fail paid 2900 each month and I want to really pay this account finish. However vertex solutions with their pre-legal fees is really killing a person . Please assist.
