Vertex solutions are a bunch of unprofessional white collar ********* who should not be dealing with peoples money because they don't even communicate well when you ask for clarity on your settlements. They contacted me in March offering a discounted settlement on my debt which I could pay over 6 months. I have done so and never missed a payment and now they are going back on our verbal agreement telling me I am not done but won't tell me why or how I'm back to square one when I did everything they said. They are *******. Why can't they explain how or where the agreement went wrong. I am very upset
