Vertex salutions ripping people off with extra fees

I just got a call from a lady by the name Lerato mabusela informing me she is from vertex salutions. I asked why is she calling and she said she is call on behalf of her client. Saying I never paid my account hence my account was paid on the 30th of last month. Now she ended up saying that if I don’t pay in the account she gives me I will be charged more fees. So I asked even if I pay in my account on time why should I be charged. And she could not answer me then I asked for a supervisor and her reply was she is working from home. Then I asked give me your senior person so I can contact them and she put the phone off in my face. Vertex salutions why you trying to rip people off even if you are legit why get such *********** people to call clients and being so rude. Also while we all under so much pressure due to COVID19 people loosing work etc. Yet I am paying my account don’t come and try and ******* people.
