I've just been in contact with your customer service due to an outstanding debt which I asked for a settlement.i recieved a R36 settlement discount when I was told I'd get a 30%discount....I then call your CS depth and to be told that they don't know how the discounts are worked out and that there are other charges..when I asked to speak to a manager the advisor dropped the call on me ...this is absolutely disgraceful customer service and it is evident you guys do not train your employees well enough to handle simple queries..I've been promised a 30%discount yet given R36 discount then to be told they don't deal with calculations..who deals with calculations then and why is this department such a secret that I can't can't to speak to anyone..you guys just want ot keep the dept with you even though I've paid more than the amount..I asked for a manager and this was not done
