Vertex failure to give settlement
Very unhappy with Vertex, I called at least 4 times requesting settlement letter for an MTN account. The first time I called I was told it will be emailed to me, and I received an arrangement letter. I called second time I was advised it takes 24 I should receive it the following day, thirdly I called on 22/10/2025 they told me that they don't send settlement letter it has to be requested, and it may take me up to 5 days. I'm unhappy with the inconsistency and inability to help from their staff
