Vertex and bridge loans no communication

BRL-*** I have been faithfully making payments on my 2 accounts at vertex. Suddenly without notification I see my account BRL-*** has been handed back to bridge loans. Why? I want to settle my account but cannot get hold of bridge loans so where has all my monthly payments gone to.
