Ver-Tex violating Prescribed debt act

I have been trying to get in touch with Ver-tex solutions with regards to an Direct Axis account opened years ago. I require my prescribed letter or closed letter for this account as this account was prescribed. I am requesting your soonest feedback regarding this matter the prescribed debt letter as I will have no choice than to lay a complaint at the National Credit Regulator as this is affecting my credit record.
