Ver-tex Solutions the non-solution for Direct Axis

I was handed over to Ver-tex Solutions via Direct Axis at the beginning of September 2022, for an account that was settled in February 2022. Everyday over the course of this month I have received at least 1-3 calls regarding this account, and I am now at my wits end with this company, I have supp**** the settlement letter from Direct Axis at the beginning of the month when they first called but yet I still keep receiving phone calls and having to keep explaining to them that this account was settled. I have asked why this file has not been closed and told that I have to just be patient and wait for Direct Axis to confirm that this account has been settled, yet I have provided the settlement letter directly from Direct Axis.

This constant harassment is very unprofessional for a supposed "SOLUTIONS" company. I think a change of company name to Ver-tex Non-Solutions would be more appropriate, seeing as the reviews not only on Hellopeter but Google speak for themselves.

Someone at this useless company really needs to sort this out before I start taking this further.
