Ver-Tex Solutions sucks

<p>I paid up my Capitec accounts through Ver-Tex Solutions and have been waiting for a paid up letter since the consultants are trained lies,been working with a lady called Nthabiseng Skosana who tells me they are waiting for Capitec to clear the balance, when calling Capitec I am told the account was handed to them when settled I must receive a paid up letter from them and email it to Capitec inquiries for updating or they Ver-Tex Solutions send it through...</p> <p>I don't understand why they keep on apologizing and continue doing same thing to other clients,their serves sucks and they take advantage of people.</p>
