Ver-Tex solutions not providing paid up letter
I've paid up my account with ver-tex from blink finance and was informed that I would get my paid up letter 14 days from date of payment, they have since ignored almost all of my emails, have no updated the credit bureau and it has been far longer than 14 days.
Absolutely horrible company that doesn't seem to actually do anything

14 Aug 2024, 10:30So Ver-tex contacted me and has told me that they have sent the R0 balance statement to Blink Finance, however after telling me initially that they (Ver-Tex) will provide me with the paid up letter in 14 days they are now telling me to go to blink finance and ask them for it.
They have now started ignoring mails again, as the intermediary it falls onto Ver-Tex solutions to provide all documents and correspondence.
They do not live up to deadlines ad shirk their duties absolutely horrible company
