Ver-tex Solutions is Unprofessional

Ver-tex Solutions persistently; tormented and troubled to make arrangements for a debit check on my outstanding account. I instructed the agent to make the arrangement for October however she insisted that the debit order should run in September. I ended up agreeing just to get her off my back however I instructed her to contact me in October to make the necessary arrangements for October. I never ended up confirming the October amount and Vertex just debited me again. This company is extremely unprofessional. Please dont make arrangements with them. They are pathetic.
