Ver-tex solutions is from Hell!!!

This is the worst debt-collectors company I've had communication with ever!!! I have been paying my Capitec account on a monthly basis and sometimes twice a month so I can catch up on my loan. Then all of a sudden I get 5 calls from 5 different consultants in one day demanding I make arrangements with them to pay Capitec. And I must pay through them. I've tried blocking their numbers but they persistently calling me. Where can I report this harassment?! And if they don't get hold of me they call my husband. They don't listen, they don't leave you alone and all they say is false. Even after I told them I'm paying my Capitec account they still harass me! Where can I report such?! Please help
