Ver-Tex Solutions Harassment and Contravention of Debt Collection Act
I don't know this company, yet they are call my work place and now even send someone to my office, in terms of Section 5 (h) of the Debt Collectors act they are in contravention of the act by just doing this. Please refrain from such. I have reported your company to the Council for Debt Collectors, and will be opening a case of harassment.
