I had the worst experience ever , no one is willing to assist me with my settlement letters for my 2 capitec accounts.I have been sending emails everyday from the 20th of September.Its been 2 weeks now no reply from the creditor Capitec, poor service.I requested for a further discount on the 30% letter that i received on the 20th September .I got a great offer on August the 8th however i could not make the payments in time because of the 7 day deadline. December they will decide to offer me a 60% discount which will be too late by then.I sent emails to Fanyana Mahlangu,Pertunia Kumalo , Agnes Lepheana and Mokgadi M. Magampa still no feedback.However every month i receive calls to settle my capitec accounts but today no one wants to provide feedback.This is very frustrating & annoying.No professionalism at all.This started when i attached an agreement letter signed from my employer.
