Ver-tex

My account was handed over from first for woman to ver-tex due to me being on maternity leave and was not able to pay my monthly installments.

The account was handed over for the following amount: R16726.54

The following charges was added to the amount

Intrest taken from client R 889.93 Necessary consultation fee according to DCC R 59.80 9 sms fees according to DCC R3.45 per sms 1 call fee according to DCC R 24.15 2x 10% receipting commission fee + Vat R57.50 per transaction Then 2 different with no explanation as to what it is for 1st amount R110.10 2nd amount R 96.23

This was not the recent statement this was just from last year so I don’t know what else has been added.

The account currently sits at a balance of R16114.46

I have made 7 payments of R500 for each payment that gives you a total of R3500

Where has all the money gone to because it now looks like I have only paid about almost R700 towards this account.

When I phoned to find out what is going I could not get a direct answer just that I must pay more but they won’t stop adding other things to this account so in other words for the rest of my life I will be paying this account off because I am never getting ahead. I feel like it is even just better for me to completely stop paying this account as it is just not worth it for me.

I have another account with another company and I can see every month the money that I pay gets deducted and what I owe them makes sense but I feel like this stupid company called Ver-tex is steeling my money!!!!

They even list me every month even though I pay them I get listed as no payment.

I am absolutely fed up with these money steeling **** company
