Unsolicited contact

I am at my wits end with this company. They have zero respect for the POPI act. I have been telling them for MONTHS now that they need to remove my MEDICAL PRACTICE's telephone number from their system because the person they are looking for has never worked at my practice. They call on a daily basis looking for the same woman and the call centre agents have been told on multiple occasions that they need to remove the contact number from their system. I am ready to file a formal complaint against this company for continued, excessive harassment.
