Unprofessional behaviour

Yesterday, I received an email regarding my account, which I acknowledged and took note of. However, this morning I received a call from an agent named Sino. During our conversation, Sino was extremely rude and unprofessional and proceeded to terminate the call while we were still in the middle of the discussion, without giving me an opportunity to finish the conversation.

I subsequently called again and spoke to an agent named Tshenolo Makama. Unfortunately, I experienced similar unprofessional and impatient behaviour from him. What concerns me even more is that, during our conversation, he did not mute the call and proceeded to speak to his supervisor about me, referring to me as a “child” and discussing how they had apparently been hanging up my calls.

I find this behaviour completely unacceptable and disrespectful. Regardless of my account status or circumstances, I am still entitled to be treated with professionalism, dignity and respect when communicating with your company.

I would therefore like this matter to be formally investigated. I request that the relevant call recordings be reviewed and that I receive a written explanation regarding the conduct of both agents.

I also expect to be informed of what steps will be taken to ensure that I am treated professionally in all future communication regarding my account.

I am willing to engage constructively regarding my account and resolve the matter, but I will not accept disrespectful, insulting or unprofessional treatment from your representatives.
