******** Disclosure of Personal Information

<p>Vertex sent me a settlement quote after i had spoken to thobile on sa****ay which i had agreed to settle my debt, today 14/06/16 i do not recieve any call from them however i recieve a call from my husband advising that they called looking for me, they disclosed exactly how much i owe them and all my personal details. i have to say i am extremely upset i am not sure if this company even has a trade certificate as what they did was ******** and i will further report them to the credit ombudsman. This is in violation with my rights as a consumer as they didnt follow the security and confidentiality of my personal private info, the company didnt show intergrity or protect me as a consumer against possible threats or unauthorised access to my information.</p>
