Unhappy client
I requested a paid up letter they say they waiting for capitec to give them the letter and i asked for a statemnt that shows i paid up as proof the answer i got was they have lot of clients who asked that i am on a queue, is it my fault that they are short stuffed? I really need this letter urgently everyone say queries was loaded it will be send to capitec i dont know when. I am sad because i cooporated now is time for them to do the same.
