The most useless place ever.

This is the worst place ever, They phoned and asked for payment after they took my African bank account from DMC. I asked them when this will be resolved and they promised me it will be resolved in 24 Hours if I make the payment. I immediately made the payment with the discount they offered. Now its 2 weeks later and I have to phone every day to find out what's happening, Everyday I must speak to someone else and its really frustrating as no one knows what is happening now I get told no the matter will only be solved in 30 day because that's how long they take to resolve an issue. This people does not know what they are doing and is the worst place to do business with. I will not recommend anyone to use them they are a bunch of ****s.
