Terrible at client service

I have debt to pay. I spoke to a lady she adviced me that the debit order for this will go off on pay day which is the 20 th of December.. My debit orders went off yesterday which leaves me with no money. They kamstig trying to help the clients. I don't think so they just want their money and that's it I phoned in to query this ans the guy wasn't every helpful he said to me now I don't have to pay on payday that's not the point I asked the lady so nicely to let it go off on payday. I won't deal with this company I'll pay my debt myself they just want their money and no interest in the clients.
