Suspicious **** Activity

Capitec handed my account over to this company, I paid off one the account and they refused to give me a letter confirming I paid off this account, they said both account have to be paid off before I can get this letter. Now Capitec bank took the account from them and handed it to a different company, now I asked Ver-tex Solution for the statement of my account for all the payment I have made to them, they refuse to give me the statement. I suspect ver-tex has taking all the money I paid them and not pay capitec because the new company now want to collect all the money all over again.
