still waiting for arrangment letter

<p>good day.its been 8 months now and i am still waiting for a payment arrangemt letter from ver-tex.when i call them they say they will send it.i have been unemployed for over a year now and could only pay them a small amount a month so dont know if this is why i dont get my letter.i need to open a bank account now and need this letter to do so for credit checks.can you please help me???</p>
