Someone who knows their job
<p>After a while of calling and speaking to rude people who don't actually know what they doing. People who don't have telephone s****s. I called Ver-tex regarding a problem with my account I spoke to a gentle man by the name of Thabang Magasho, right away he was professional, he explained everything to me in a way that I undertood what was really happening with my account. Even though I have been waiting for my statement, but at least I got someone who knew customer service and was able to make me understand whats going on with my account. I thank him for that</p>
