Shocking Service ! Terrible Service !
I have paid up my debt on the 31st of August and I was advised that the paid up letter will take 7 working days and till today am still waiting for the letter and all they do is keep on saying the request has been sent to the provider so that they can send me and it has been more than 7 working days now and they keep sending me from pillar to post but when they wanted me to pay they were on my case everyday and now that I paid its an issue for me to get the paid up letter, HORRIBLE SERVICE !!!!
