settlement payment

I have made my settlement payment for my loan account on the 30th of May 2024 even now i have not received any feedback from the company to clear my account they say it's with the finance department but even now no feedback from the finance department.

Hi can i please have a valid response by the end of business today as i have been calling for the whole week and i am not getting any feedback from the consultants that i get at call Centre. i am so frustrated as no one is willing to go the extra mile to investigate my query.
