This company is a ****! I dont know where or how they get people's personal information, but they send emails on behalf of creditors known to you. I received emails from them after I requested a settlement figure from Standard Bank, luckily I searched the company and found that others were also experiencing this. After settling the Standard Bank account, I have still received numerous "reduced settlement " letters from Ver-Tex. I urge people to not fall prey to this company.
